Initiate a Return Request
Log in to your MyPreSonus account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the product in its original factory box, including all cables, manuals, and software registration cards.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
